Domestic LTL/FTL Sales Executive
Salary: $60K to $85K (depending on experience) 10% commission on net profit

About the Role:
The Domestic LTL/FTL Sales Executive position is a unique and rewarding outside business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunity with unlimited growth potential, uncapped residual commission, a healthy base salary, and monthly allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume.
- Partner with operations & account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Solution selling – effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis.
- Present a streamlined technology solution with a detailed analysis of customized needs.
- Take the lead in coordinating, developing, and managing all aspects of the proposal process.
- Close, activate, and train decision-makers on our exclusive shipping platform.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
- Proven success in generating & qualifying leads with a ‘hunter' mentality.
