Truck Brokerage Dispatcher and Pricing

COSCO Shipping Lines is seeking a qualified individual with Truck Brokerage Dispatching experience. This is a critical logistics role within COSCO Shipping Lines based in our Houston, Texas Operations Center.

Duties:

• Freight scheduling
  
• Working with Trucker base and Customer base to ensure seamless shipments
  
• Load tracking and reporting to customers
  
• Working within our proprietary TMS system
  
• Manage shipments from start to completion including vendor payment and invoicing
  
• Provide above and beyond customer service. Achieving customer satisfaction
  
• Carrier management and Compliance oversight for each shipment

Requirements:

• 3+ Years working in a Brokerage position
  
• Understanding all aspects of truck brokerage duties
  
• Understanding the scheduling, tendering of shipments, rating, tracking and tracing, invoicing with strong focus on Customer Experience
  
• Good Data Entry and record keeping
  
• Analytical and detail oriented
