Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic nationwide Sales Agent with a strong background in operations and a proven book of business exceeding $2 million in annual revenue. This role is ideal for a professional ready to hit the ground running, leveraging their existing client base while benefiting from an attractive commission structure. If you're an independent thinker, unrestricted by non-compete agreements, and interested in earning higher commissions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional service and repeat opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless freight handling, including LTL, FTL, and cross-docking services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Build long-term relationships by providing tailored logistics solutions to meet customers' needs.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to company sales strategies.
  • Handle onboarding operations of customer

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in domestic freight sales or operations, with a successful sales track record.
  • Book of Business: Proven portfolio with annual revenue of over $2 million that can be transferred immediately.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of domestic freight operations, including LTL, FTL, and warehousing solutions.
  • Non-Compete Status: No existing non-compete agreements that would restrict your ability to bring current clients.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in using TMS platforms and other logistics software.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:
