Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and driven International Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent knowledge of freight forwarding processes, and a strong ability to generate and close new business. The role requires a customer-centric approach and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the international freight forwarding market.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Build and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements to meet both client and company needs.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.



Skills:



  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
