Shifts Available:
7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Inventory: Tracking inventory information, ensuring the warehouse has enough supplies, and maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies
- Orders: Ensuring order fulfillment, reviewing and verifying shipment orders, and examining orders for damage or incorrectness
- Deliveries: Coordinating deliveries, driver routes, and delivery loads, and scheduling arrivals when there's enough staff to handle unpacking
- Documentation: Filling out paperwork or providing documentation for each shipment
- Customer service: Providing order updates, responding to customer service requests, and handling replacements when incorrect goods arrive
Essential Functions:
- High volume phone calls & emails from external customers
- Provide excellent & be considerate to customers, drivers and staff
