Warehouse Manager – 3PL Warehousing & Distribution

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in 3PL warehousing and distribution to lead operations at our Denver, CO facility. This role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is ready to drive efficiency, improve processes, and optimize warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of 3PL warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution logistics.


• Manage and develop warehouse teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations.


• Implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency.


• Monitor KPIs, analyze warehouse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure on-time order fulfillment while maintaining high inventory accuracy.


• Collaborate with transportation teams, vendors, and clients to streamline logistics.


• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment procurement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3PL warehousing & distribution.


• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics processes.


• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-client warehouse environments.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Experience with budget management, cost control, and operational planning.


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
