HR Manager




HR manager plays a pivotal role in achieving organizational objectives. Developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures, managing employee performance and employee benefits programs, and overseeing the recruitment and selection of new employees, must be able to work effectively with other heads of department and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Initiate payroll through ADP (HRMS)
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive compensation
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurturing a positive working environment by ensuring employee relations and communication
  • Overseeing and managing the HR information systems and ensuring necessary IT support
  • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Handling employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
  • 5 years + of experience
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Team management skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • MSc in HR is a plus
