We are a third-party logistics company headquartered in Canada and rapidly expanding our US footprint. We offer customized approaches to a wide range of logistics services. Your role:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support one of our top sales teams. You will be responsible for handling all post-sales initiatives ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders including internal departments and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Your responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls and resolve any client escalations;
  • Perform data entry for import and export documentation;
  • Liaise with different departments internally and externally;
  • Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with our policies;
  • Collaborate with different carriers to resolve any logistical issues;
  • Help organize the filing

What should you have to be a successful candidate:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a logistics/transportation position
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Well organized, ability to prioritize, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of 3PL logistics / transportation industry a requirement
