Position Summary:
Timken is seeking a dedicated Production Support to join our TS Grind team. In this role you will perform basic visual inspection of assembly and complete packaging of finished product. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Verify work instructions.
- Visually inspect products to specification.
- Package finished components to specifications according to packing standards.
- Band and scall all finished product pallets according to specifications.
- Conduct carboard, bag, and dunnage exchange during line setup and code change.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals.
- Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
