What You'll Do:
- Support our Shop Supervisors and Technicians by maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth shop operations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain parts records.
- Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, invoicing, and document management.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with warranty claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a shop or transportation environment is a plus.
