This role works directly with the Marketing team and reports to the V.P. of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Lead ideation and strategy for multimedia projects, including video campaigns, training videos, and internal communications.
- Videography: Shoot high-quality videos using advanced equipment, ensuring technical excellence in lighting, sound, and composition.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create polished, engaging videos using professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end production workflows, including coordinating shoots, working with talent, and overseeing post-production processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and other departments to create content that supports ISCO's business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot video and audio equipment, ensuring smooth operations during shoots.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content aligns with ISCO's branding and communication standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and directing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of social media video trends and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with industrial or corporate environments is a plus.
