What You'll be Doing:
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens
- Schedule/coordinate on-site interviews
- Review candidate applications within the HR recruiting system
- Conduct pre-employment screenings
- Schedule new hires for orientation
- Assist with orientation tasks as needed
- Coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed
- May perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
- Customer service skills.
- Intermediate-level computer skills
- Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus.
- Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standard.
- Organizational skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
