What You'll be Doing:
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone screens
  • Schedule/coordinate on-site interviews
  • Review candidate applications within the HR recruiting system
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings
  • Schedule new hires for orientation
  • Assist with orientation tasks as needed
  • Coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
  • Customer service skills.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills
  • Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus.
  • Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standard.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required
