We are a growing and well-established 3rd Party Recruiting company hiring experienced contract CDL Driver Recruiters to work remotely.
Role: This is a remote 1099 contract (100% Commission) role for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sourcing, screening, and placing drivers.
Please read the minimum requirements as they are set to help ensure your success in the role.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience as a CDL driver recruiter.
- Must be able to source driver leads.
Driver leads are not provided. - Able to Interview, gather, and analyze work experience and personal information to obtain a complete application to determine qualified CDL driver candidates.
- Knowledgeable in general hiring requirements, MVRs, DAC reports, DOT qualifiers, and transportation terminology and lingo.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of CDL Driver Recruiting
- Must be able to work in a remote setting
- MUST be able to independently source driver candidates
