What you'll do on a typical day:
- Conduct industry analysis to identify market trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs for LTL Premium Services
- Using qualitative and quantitative research, lead a consistent process to identify, prioritize and apply customer needs to the go-to-market process
- Articulate to senior leaders high-potential opportunities the organization may wish to pursue using a data-driven approach
- Document processes and conduct research, such as concept testing, to determine whether the solution meets customer needs and identify any modifications needed
- Provide real market feedback on the viability of the entire business proposition
- Partner with internal teams to develop a business case to ensure solutions align with organizational goals
- Ensure product offering meets commercial success targets (e.g., revenue, profitability) throughout its lifecycle for Premium Services
- Lead a cross-functional effort to gather and analyze product performance and market indicators, gaining alignment on enhancements to grow Premium Services revenue and profitability
- Manage a portfolio of products and make decisions on resource investment to ensure an overall balance of spend, revenue, and risk
