Location: California (Hybrid)
Position: Sales Representative/BDM
Salary: $75k to $125k base with commensurate with experience and performance-based commission.

Book of Business is advantageous or a Book of Contacts in the Garment Industry with a Hunter mentality.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on the garment industry.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with expertise in freight forwarding specifically within the garment industry. The ideal candidate will have established connections in New York and California and a proven track record of generating sales and cultivating relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garment industry, focusing on clients in New York and California.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
Present our freight forwarding services to potential clients, highlighting our value proposition and industry expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the garment industry.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and terms to secure new business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and meetings to promote our services and expand your professional network.
Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on the garment industry.
Established network of contacts in New York and California, including manufacturers, retailers, and industry influencers.
Strong understanding of the freight forwarding process and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
