What you'll need to succeed as an Analyst, Warranty Recovery at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience filing warranty claims, pulling data, developing reports and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data capturing and reporting purposes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer-facing skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in warranty activities across a medium to large enterprise environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with asset management systems
- Experience with Cetaris

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Maintain accurate records for all warranty activities including power units, trailers, forklifts, hostlers, handhelds, part number lines and fleet maintenance
- Prepare regular reports on warranty data
- Assist in mitigating risk due to out-of-warranty mechanical failures
- Develop, test and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and decrease mechanical issues
- Review and analyze claims as well as daily submission of warranty claims
- Analyze work order data and file claims
