Pinpoint is a premium, wholesale freight agent that specializes in Air and Sea export consolidations to Australia and New Zealand. We are based in the USA, a decade old, have nearly 40 staff, and have offices and warehouses in the Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York areas.

General Description of Role:

Perform A-Z operational and consolidation related tasks for AIR export shipments from the USA to various destinations while keeping our customers and other shipment related parties up to
date. Although our specialty trade lane and majority of business is to Australia and New Zealand, other destinations are occasionally required to be serviced. Pinpoint warehouses are Certified Cargo Screening Facilities and TSA approved, meaning we must follow strict regulations and rules to remain in compliance and maintain our approval. Familiarity with TSA rules and regulations is a plus.

List of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and regular updates to customers and other shipment related
  parties throughout the shipment life
• Coordinate door to CFS or airport delivery using our network of TSA approved carriers
• File AES
• Work in Cargowise to manage records, shipment, print documents, and enter key shipment
  data
• Book and communicate with airlines and other carriers
• Facilitate cargo screening
• Work with the warehouse to build and plan consolidations
• Plan consolidations to optimize job profit
• Follow TSA and CCSF rules and regulations
• Invoice customers
• Quote customers
