Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collaborating with internal departments such as Legal, HR, and Safety to gather essential data to assess and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Assist with trade show asset coordination and act as point of contact for merchandising.
- Canadian team meeting and event coordination.
- Manage Canadian fleet operations.
- Occasionally assist with customs documentation, and work with established customs broker for any clearance issues.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian commercial vehicle regulations and customs procedures are a plus.
- Experience with and knowledge of third-party verification portals, such as ISNet, Avetta, and similar platforms, is highly desirable.
- Bilingual French and English is a plus.
