Operations Admin - Edmonton, AB - ISCO Industries

The Operations Admin will play a crucial role in supporting various functions and departments within the organization and play a key role in coordinating various aspects of the company's operations in Canada. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively multitask.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for collaborating with internal departments such as Legal, HR, and Safety to gather essential data to assess and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Assist with trade show asset coordination and act as point of contact for merchandising.
  • Canadian team meeting and event coordination.
  • Manage Canadian fleet operations.
  • Occasionally assist with customs documentation, and work with established customs broker for any clearance issues.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian commercial vehicle regulations and customs procedures are a plus.
  • Experience with and knowledge of third-party verification portals, such as ISNet, Avetta, and similar platforms, is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual French and English is a plus.
