Join our growing team! SIMOS is hiring Seasonal Light Manufacturing Associates in Peachtree Corners, GA support various production lines. We are currently hiring for all shifts!! This is an exciting opportunity for those trying to get a foot in the warehouse industry. We offer complete training and a friendly inclusive environment. You will learn multiple aspects of the operation including packing, assembly, and etching. Must be flexible to work 7 days a week with various times while lasting 3-4 months. The base pay is $15/hour plus incentives based on performance! All roles will have a weekly schedule between 32-40 hours/week (subject to change). Must be able to work overtime. $50 Referral Bonus! (per eligibility requirements)
Available Shifts:
- 1st shift: Mon-Fri. 7:00am-5:30pm ($15/hour)
- 2nd shift- Mon-Fri. 2pm-10pm ($15/hour)
- Weekend Shift- Must have open availability
Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and ranges 8-10 hours

Duties:
- Light novelty item manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
- Duties include decorating, towel/blanket press operation, packing, and shipping of individual items.
- Must have the ability to perform safe handling and processing of products while standing for long periods.
- Repetitive motion is necessary for production output.
- Attention to detail and quality is important.
- Dependability and attention to positive attendance
Position Requirements:
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 40 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
